The total property (1,500 m2 floor space on a 6,000 m2 plot) can accommodate up to 20 people, plus the corresponding house staff. The main chalet and its guest chalet work like a small, independent planet, bringing together all the pleasures of a successful stay: a professional kitchen, tasting room, wine cellar and smoking room; a swimming pool, hammam and sauna; a massage room, hairdressing salon, gym, entertainment room, games room, etc. And of course, suites, bathrooms and several living areas based on the indoor-outdoor principle, with a fully glazed structure that allows you to play with space, featuring mezzanines, suspended landings and well-exposed terraces from which you can see skiers pour out of the chalet on their skis to hit the slopes. The furnishings and decor are all designed by Dunoyer, which is committed to respecting the spirit of the place with a sense of well-being that everyone can make their own, according to their tastes. Opposite Megève, on the slope of Le Jaillet, the two chalets lead their lives, linked by a secret thread: an underground passageway. This design offers the opportunity of a huge living area while complying with building standards and integrating into the landscape.
